1. Delivery Network

Asia Trade Global operates a pan-India distribution network. We deliver to all major cities and states across India through our logistics partners and direct fleet.

2. Lead Times

• Stocked items: 2–5 business days for metro cities
• Tier-2/3 cities: 5–10 business days
• Container orders: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation
• Special orders: Timeline confirmed at quotation stage

3. Logistics Modes

Depending on the product type and destination, we utilize road transport (primary), sea freight (container orders), and air cargo (urgent/express deliveries).

4. MOQ & Order Requirements

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by product and brand. Standard MOQ starts from 1 case per SKU for established buyers. New stockists may have higher initial MOQs. Specific MOQ details are provided with each quotation.

5. Damaged Goods

In case of damaged or defective goods upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or credit at our discretion.
